1.1 By accessing and using this website or mobile application ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire Platform and any communication between you and the Platform.

1.2 The Platform is an individual project, not a company, and is managed and operated personally.

1.3 By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old.

2.1 You can use the website without creating an account or logging in. No personal information is collected from website visitors, except for cookies used to remember your language preference.

2.2 The mobile application uses Google Firebase for authentication. No passwords are stored. If available, only your username and email address as provided by Google are stored, solely to identify you as a user and enable personalized features. All data is stored on servers located in Germany. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

3.1 The website uses cookies only to remember your selected language preference. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. For more information about cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/.

4.1 The Platform displays advertisements via Google Ads. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third parties. For authentication in the mobile app, Google Firebase is used. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

5.1 The Platform is not for gaming or gambling purposes. Betting odds and related information are provided for informational purposes only. No gaming or gambling activities are offered or facilitated by the Platform.

6.1 Payment: Payment will be charged to your respective app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) upon confirmation of purchase.

6.2 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the selected package (monthly/yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.3 Renewal Fee: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified at the then-current subscription price.

6.4 Cancellation and Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user. You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings (Google Play Subscriptions or Apple ID Settings) on your device after purchase.

6.5 Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

7.1 We may update these terms of use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
